How About Grading Sportsbooks By Categories, ei, Payout Speed, Customer Service, etc.

It sure would be nice to see sportsbooks graded on different aspects of their service, such as.

1.Payout Speed.

2.Customer Service

3.Limits


Some books are good at some of these, a few are good 2 or more, and some suck at all three. A solid book is very much appreciated, but customer service and other factors count also.

What does anyone think?

Good suggestions Climate. Payout speed is one we will give more attention to again as we have in the past. The past 2 years have been nearly impossible to gauge. The sportsbooks couldnt update their websites fast enough.

A likley addition will be grades on payout processing times by quarter and by year. This is not the same thing as slow-pays or delays due to someone cashing in big on the casino. It will test their processing resources.

For all 3 I would take a look at The Greek, you cant go wrong there.
