trouble with bet365, i don't know what's happen?

the first, i'm sorry my bad english

my story:
i have played at Bet365 since 2008. i was verified by PVC. All was ok. before, i haven't any problems with deposit and withdraw at bet365. But reecently, i usually bet with very slow odd ( bet 1 return 1.001, or 1.002, 1.006, 1.062). my stake is 1000-5000. And still havent problem. I still play and withdraw normally. But on 27/9. i requested withdraw with amount 9016$ to my skrill account. I waited over 24 hours, then contact live chat bet365. They said my account was under reviewed and dont let me know the reasons and time frame. And now is the 9 th day, they still said " your account is being under reviewed, we will contact you as soon as possible once it's complete".

I don't understand what's happen. Anyone has many experiences can help me, can tell me what's happen on my issue.

They will don't pay me? until now, my account still ok, not block. i dont know what's happen

as long as Bet365 is offering Skrill as a payment method, your afirmation is not worth paying attention at. I`m just feeling that bet365 started a banning spree campaing to the lucky users. One of my friends has the same situation ,after he asked for a ~7k USD wd. i wonder who is giving licenses to these unscrupulous cons?!
