What are nba 1st halfs lines?

the +1.5 means that they are willing to let the heat lose by 1 and your bet will still be a winner, the - is the opposite, the 76ers would have to win by at leat 4 for you to be a winner, the +119 mean you would have to bet 100 dollars to win 119 or any bet with that ratio, I think that sums it up e.g. if the warriors were -110 it would be the opposite, you would have to bet 110 to win 100,

Thanks for the reply. But isn't your explanation of 1st half line also consistent with the "standard lines"? what do 1st half lines have that other lines don't? Is it that 1st half lines's outcomes are determined by the score difference at the end of the 1st half of the game? The reason I asked this is that on Pinnacle, for the same game, I saw different spreads under "nba" and "nba 1st half lines", can someone explain to me why that is the case?
