Take tomorrow's game spread from Bookmaker for example:

Does it mean that if I bet the sixers then I will win only if the sixers win by at least 4.5 points? What if they win by exactly 4 points?

Also, does it mean that if I bet the heat, i will win only if the heat lose less by 4.5 points? What if the heat win? Do I win or lose?
