Which Canadian banks let you gamble

I just went out of my way to get a **** debit from TD Canada Trust to use it to fund my skrill account only to find out that they too ask you if you are gonna gamble with the money..

Some guy I met said he has no problem using prepaid cards but I can't remember what bank he said he used

Any tips?

I currently use ********** but I can't stand the 10 day wait period for withdrawls
