I am new to these forums, but after not getting paid out for just over a month i researched this company,in which brought me here. This has been the worst experience (i have ever had doing any kind of business. I have been lied to,guaranteed,laughed at, and just outright avoided.
The situation started a couple weeks ago when i noticed my payout was aproved by them on Jan 3,2009. 3 weeks went by when i decided to see what the hold up was. Well after a week of getting passed around,and told there payout place would have to email them back on the status,and trace my check(which i paid 50 to cut). They told me the check came back to them, and they would need 2 days to put funds back in to my account,and they would money gram me at no extra cost. I called Fed Ex in which they claimed it was sent, and no one signed.They had no record of this money ever being sent to my address,better yet being returned for any reason. I talked to a so called manager Kennedy assured me he would look in to the matter ,and call me back in a hour.Never would get a return call,and was told he left for the day no matter what time it was that i called back. Then i dealt with another Manager that is named Anna who is supposed to be the person taking over for him. She says " I am on this, and i will make sure you get paid by tommorrow ( Last week), and that she was taking over ETC ETC ETC. Well a few days ago i got another agent, and Anna would not field my call, just relay messages to another agent, actually 2 Dwayne andClair.Today after the 18-20 phone calls overall, i am right back at the start.I will be getting a money gram tomorrow filed, and i can pick it up Friday thats when the reference number will be available. (so they claim)
Now i know they are trying everything in there power to discourage me from taking out the funds being a new customer. They also have clearly lied,and been caught in lies 4 different occasions. This has just been to stressful for me,and i am at the end of my ropes. They do anything to get you off the phone feeling comfortable about receiving payment. I get the same " we have been around over 15 year" speach 9-10 times. Always after i ask are you really ever going to pay me.
I learned a hard lesson on Sportbooks.I research everything else in life,and should have done the same.Please stay away, and do not take the chance.Just not worth it.I will post back if i ever get paid.
