Was just down for a couple minutes 10 minutes ago. It's gone down 4-5 times today alone. Up now, but don't think the problem is close to fixed.

23k and 8 business day is nothing. Yes they can be the one who delays your money but I doubt it. Usually it's matter of banking law as for me bigger withdrawals took sometimes even longer than 10 b. days.

It's obviously DDOS attacks. I guess Barret Lyon and Prolexic have a fight on their hands.
