Help on tennis match please - Youwager
First off this is not a bashing on Youwager. If anything I would like their cooperation because the book has been great.

Today I made a deposit and bet on Philipp Kohlschreiber to win at -330 odds. During the match he got injured, and he had to withdraw.
The score was 1:1 in set points, and he had to retire during the 3rd set where it was 2:1, with no games broken. Here is a link to explain the match in more detail -
    http://www.flashscore.com/match/Cl7tHed7/#match-summary

The wager was graded as a loss because Kohlschreiber was the one to retire regardless of the match being tied. What do you guys think? Is this just tough luck, can someone at youwager help out?

    Thanks

    From youwager tennis wagering http://help.youwager.eu/sportsbook/tennis-wagering/

    1. Head to Head Matchups:Two full sets must be completed for your wagers to stand. If less than 2 sets are completed, all wagers will be considered void.
Example: Federer 6-3, 4-6, 2-0 (Roddick is retired due to injury). All wagers will stand. Federer is declared the winner and Roddick is deemed the loser.
Example: Federer 6-3, 2-0 (Roddick is retired due to injury). All wagers will be considered void.

Yup and I saw that, but the 2-0 score line in the 3rd set means that there was a broken serve and the match actually wasn't tied. Thanks tb1984

It does not matter what the score is in the third set. When a player retires, he/she forfeits and loses the match.

You need 2 sets to be complete for grading purpose.
