More Offshore books no longer servicing Australians

I have recently noticed more and more offshore books no longer servicing customers from Australia.

I am not sure if it is a coincidence that Australians just elected a new Government a couple of weeks ago, but books are now displaying messages similar to this:

We are unable to provide services to residents of your current location.

The books I have come across so far are:

Bovada
The Heritage
Bodog.eu
Sportsbook


I wonder if they are pulling out of Australia because they fear the new Govt will crack down? And whether it will be a trend for other offshore books?

Has anyone else noticed any other sites no longer servicing Australians?

Most of those books don't accept players outside of North America. Why would you want to play at those books anyway? As an Australian you have much better options available.

Ah so those books arent jus discriminating against Ozzies but outside North America. Good to know.

As for why, I was told Sportsbook had soft NFL lines if u like to play Dogs. And when I tried to login again was told no longer support Ozzies.

I wanted to check Heritage for their Teaser options in case 5 Dimes ever went down.
