How does Betjam's pre-paid card work?

So i'm wondering about Betjam's pre-paid card (not to be confused with their transfer card). I saw it was a option for payouts, and i'm kinda curious about it.

Is it like a prepaid **** card? where i can use it pretty much anywhere? would that include going to the atm and withdrawing $ from it?

If thats not the case, then how does it work?
