1) Possible fraud issue, also the account could be blocked based on your location. Let us say the book does not accept customers from the country where you are currently located, then, if they also block account because of IP, let us say you are using a public IP and that IP is being used by a different member. There is a lot of reason if we are to think about it.
2) If your bet won, and it is blocked, there is a chance that you won't be getting it. But it still depends on the rules and regulations / terms and conditions of the bookie.
3) File a complaint. Ask Justin for details. Maybe he could help.
