    goalwin just won't pay
    Hello ,
    I have a problem with a bookmaker . I have ordered withdrawal of 4100 eur on 15 june 2013 at goalwin.com and still I haven't received it. The support claimed that they have some technical problems and beacause of the "summer holidays" there are some delays but still I haven't received my transer (just template answers to my e-mails) till now and now they are not answering my e-mails. It seems that the sportsbook review sites won't help I wrote to everybody icluding SBR & BMR and LGA Malta - still no answer I don't what to do. Any suggestions?

        Hi,

        No, it is not normal to wait three months. I am sorry that we can't give you a timeframe. All our withdrawals are delayed at the moment and it is due to the technichal issues that we had during the summer. This is unfortunately all the information we have. Hopefully your withdrawal will be processed shortly.

        Can you tell me how much longer do I have to wait for my withdrwal. Is it normal to delay withdrawal for 3 MONTHS. I want an answer not Template message. Give me timeframe or deadline otherwise this could continue forever. Why are you not paying me it's not technical problems neither summer holidays.STOP LYING and give me straight answer when will I receive my money.

              I've contact SBR, their answer:

              "You should be receiving it soon. A manager claimed the accounting team was notified to make the payment. Let us know. "

              I did not received it........ then (after filing a couple of complaints and returned e-mails):


              Since sending this email, GoalWin has not provided any other update. You do not need to continually file new complaints.

              Than I stopped filing complaints and till now waitng for "update"...

              Thats all happened in the beginning of august.

                I wonder if a sportsbook would ever respond with the following message instead of excuses:

                "We are currently waiting for more money to come in through deposits because we lost a lot during baseball season and gave out too many bonuses. Therefore, we have no money at the moment to process withdrawals. Please continue to bet as we hope you lose your balance that you requested as a payout. If you by chance, don't happen to lose your balance, then we will stall until we have have almost sent you over the edge. Good luck

                Kindly, your favourite Sportsbook"

                it would be nice to get a legit response from sportsbooks, but they have a whole book of predetermined excuses to choose from. I doubt they would ever tell the truth. Too bad they can't be honest. Who knows, maybe they really do have the issues they are stating.



                i hope you get paid out. I wouldn't keep much money in there unless you are ok with technical difficulties in the future, that happen coincidentally, when you want your money from them. Good luck

                  I received a transfer ( about 1000 eur ) from them about two weeks before I withdrawed this one which is my whole balance, but I'm waitng this one since then.The first transfer got delayed too but for a week or two. I read in other forums people with the same problem and I can't beleive there is no one else here to write having similar problem with this site...

                      Thanks for posting. I have used goalwin before and they paid out OK (never anywhere near as much as you have requested though).
                      I stopped using them over a year ago as they stopped accepting my bets.

                              Just a terrible company to deal with.

                              I've sent countless emails and I've received one that was tinged with sarcasm

                              300 euros I've been waiting 6 weeks on

                              They take your deposit in the blink of an eye, but, when paying out, their technology can't cope

                              and slows to a crawl. Funny that.

                                  Does this book just take deposits, bank them for the interest and pay out when

                                            Hi gryzonko - I didn't handle your case but I did see that SBR published a news wire about it. I suspect they never received a response from Goalwin as it says "SBR reached out to Goalwin for comment on the matter" but I'll try to find out for you.

                                            GoalWin Sportsbook payout dispute pending

                                            04.30.2014"A GoalWin Sportsbook (unrated) player has submitted a payout complaint. The player has reported to SBR that he initiated a €550 payout request from GoalWin Sportsbook on 16 April 2014. He was notified by the payout department that the transaction was scheduled for processing; although the funds were not forthcoming. At this point, the player sent a follow-up email to GoalWin Sportsbook regarding the status of the payout. GoalWin apologized for the delay but provided no additional information to the user on when he could expect to receive payment. Sportsbook Review reached out to GoalWin for comment on the matter."

                                                              No I did not. Goalwin.it support has not answered me either.

                                                              The website informed a Goalwin.com player who is still owed money that they only accept Italian residents. (maybe that was you who told me, but wanted to post the info)
