i have been active there since 2009 and have given them a ton of action in the past 5 years

but for the past 3 months i was betting soft numbers and steam plays for exactly $500 units. exclusively soccer and tennis, occasional golf too

my baseball action has always been recreational

they said my action was not recreational and took away my betpoints and eligibility for reload bonuses

i told brad, the VIP manager that i would change my style and only give them recreational action now and in the future

i would like to speak to someone in management but they wont let me

how do i get my account restored?

maybe an sbr moderator or admin can help.

i hope this will not reflect negatively upon me if a bookmaker employee reads this, but a good facebook chat member and friend of mine likes to arb so looked for off numbers for me and i paid him a finders fee. when he found one he texted me or messaged me on facebook chat and then i ran to the computer to put the bet in before the line moved. he has his own money and never placed bets under my account and vice versa

Yeah, it happens with shops like bookmaker, DSI, heritage and such. Heritage gave me the non-recreational spill last season and stripped all my bonuses. Lesson to be learned is to don't get cute and try to build up your points for anything because they could be gone tomorrow.

You will simply be booted from the rewards program apparently. I always save 90,000 pts to maximize the $715 cash back, but DS is getting me nervous now. If it took 5 full years for this to happen, then you must be mainly a recreational player. Your steam bets did you in. Its possible for you to argue for your betpoints earned to date but you're gone from the program for good.
