BetPCI (SBR Rated C) aka Players Club International is licensed in Dominican Republic. In fact If I can remember correctly they don't allow U.S. players.

I understand this, but mainly want to know how their credit business is doing.

I understand it's all about the agent, but do they have any history of poor performance?

Yes, I realize that they are a credit shop sir. Unfortunately I don't know of any current info on this establishment at this time, however I can tell you that they were on the black list many years ago.
