    Phoenix Group Ewallets Updates?
Mixed messages this week concerning Moneybookers and Neteller withdrawals across the entire group. Got a message today saying it was all clear now with Moneybookers. Anybody receive news different than that?

Anybody get paid via ewallet today?

Phoenix dudes? Care to comment if this glitch with ewallets is now officially over?

Any news today fellas as to viability of ewallet withdrawals? I assume you are still able to take deposits that way? How about making arrangements with Matchbook, Greek, Cris etc to do book to book just in case these things pop up? Just trying to be constructive and helpful. No charge!!

When is your money due Katstale? And it is due from BetOT I assume.

If you don't get paid today, post back I'll try a payout from Betphoenix tomorrow a.m. to see if they still pay. I don't really need the money, but at least we will know better where the group sits, whether it is an individual book problem or a group of books problem......

I am currently keeping an eye on both OT and Phoenix. I have friends waiting from both. These guys have the money--its not even abt that. But, this circus with the ewallets just makes no sense from what we know is a financially solid group. Some body in management team screwed all this up royal. Hope it starts clearing up soon or this will kill their new/existing business.

It must be some sort of limitation on uploading funds to their accounts - they are waiting for ewallet deposits , it seems.

I've seen this from so many big US-facing books with ewallets ......... although never UK/asian ones. For example, greek haven't been able to pay me since Friday, wagerweb could only pay 1/3rd of what they owe me via moneybookers, but offered to pay it all in one bank transfer. Same with phoenix in the past, couldn't pay via moneybookers, but no problem via bank transfer/moneygram. I've had at least a dozen other examples of this over the past year, with books small and huge.

Similarly, so many of these books have limitations on ewallet payouts per week, eg justbet's absurd $750/week, even though they'll send you thousands via bank wire no problem.

Anyone know why these books just don't fund the ewallet accounts? Legal? Or higher ewallet charges for them if they are net uploaders?

Any chance SBR can get some answers to these payout issues? CS at this group seems dazed and confused on the payouts. Best I heard tonight at another place was CS telling player he had not completed the wager requirement and had xxxxx amount to complete before he could withdraw.

Only problem with that helpful bit of information was that player had already cashed out there twice since completing the wager requirement some weeks back.

Thread i read has cs name in it--i will be kind for now.

Appreciate you coming in here Richard.

When will Moneybookers and Neteller payouts be restored?

PLease advise your cs not to make promises they know they can't keep--gamblers just want the truth.

I would rather keep this stuff off the boards.
