I have been a customer of winner.com for a few months and was told I was
invited to their VIP scheme. As part of that this weekend I received a
promotion saying that I would receive matching free bets upto £500 per
premier league match if I bet on the away team and they lost. I did a few but
not all matches and was allowed £500 on every time I tried. I now have 2
£500 free bets in my account from the weekend and I am due another. However
when I tried to place a bet on tonight's premier league I received an error
message saying I was limited to £27. I've since tried to place bets on many
other sports and football at low odds. I've even tried SP horse bets and
football accumulators but I can barely get £100 on anything even at very low
odds. There is nothing on the site I can bet the free bet tokens on and they
cannot be split. They only imposed these limits once I had placed the
qualifying bets. All I did was participate in an offer they emailed me
specifically inviting me to and they have pretty much reneged on it. The odds
were not even that good compared to other UK sportbooks. I have contacted my
VIP manager but he says there is nothing he can do.

ask them to turn that 500 free bet into a 25 free bet so you could use it.

It would be interesting to see their response.

"Unfortunately sir we do not want to give you the 25 free bet, we would rather give you a 500 free bet that you can not use. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, customer service"

why would go and bet so much with a mickey mouse shop? there is a lesson to be learned here: if you are a greedy bonus hunter they will eventually hit you back.

Yeah I know what you're saying about them but I've had the account for a while and had a good experience before this so I wasn't just placing big bets straight away with this type of company.

I already asked them to reduce the free bets and this is what they said. "I'm not willing to break the free bets down as it will not make any difference. You are automatically set to be offered a certain percentage of what you are requesting to bet on so therefore whatever you try to bet on be it with one bet or 30 bets it will still be the same amount that you will be able to place. The monetary amount that you are trying is irrelevant."

The payouts have always been good for me, about a week back to card or bank.

I've never had problems with Winner. That promo does sound a bit too good to be true though

I didn't do anything just got told I was a VIP after a few months with them. After this though its probably not worth being in.

Just been banned from all promos myself tonite after chasing up yet another free £100 bet , always have to chase up free bets , made a grand or so from the sad suckers but be very wary of this outfit and dont go overboard , if ur do the play and lay format theyre giving it away
