I got some money in ******** and i would like to use it to start betting, instead of giving out credit card info, etc, etc. since ******** is pretty a rather obsecure paypal copycat, i could easily transfer it to paypal, which i know is much more popular. I'm just unsure wheter any books accept paypal, and arnt junk.

    EDIT: 1st POST!!!

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Anyway, to answer your question about books that accept paypal. Only certain countries in Europe are authorized to use that payment solution method due to a court verdict. I know BetFair, Ladbrokes, and Bwin accept it. The problem being is that none of those establishments don't allow U.S. players.

If you are in Canada you should get a www.moneybookers.com account to fund books. Safe and easy.

Unfortunately the same thing applies to Canadian residents in regards to Paypal. Books that accept that payment solution are only allowed to do it within a certain geographical area in Europe because that's all the court verdict will allow. However, from time to time you might see a book accept this payment solution and if and when you see that happen. It instantly throws up a red flag because it usually means that books are in some type of trouble whether it be financial or something else. My advice would be to use Moneybookers if you are a Canadian resident.
