Give CS a call and they'll transfer you to Casino dept., they will close it for you. That's the best way to do it.

Thanks for input, I got the $50 courtesy token (which I ran up to $425 and made the rollover) and they are giving me a free entry into the Saturday nite BJ Tournament. The customer service is definitely getting better from years past. I am the idiot who lost the money, not them.

I just joined Bookmaker today CS-Cedrick. Part of the reason was that you are posting regularily, it is good to have a rep to talk to if a problem arises (communication has never been one of the CRIS families strong points).

The other was the 25% superbowl25 promo.

Now I just want to find that Alex dude who was here promoting that BetOT/Betpheonix spinoff.....

Make sure you DO NOT PLAY the let it ride game in their dgs software casino. The normal payout odds are 1000-1 for a royal and 200-1 for a straight flush. Well these jokers along w/ some other books like Betscam offer these piss poor odds. You would have to be a dummy to play at these payoff odds.

You will never get an explanation why these A rated books like to piss on the players and offer these crackhead odds.
