    NetBet / Bet770 - AVOID if you want paying out this decade!
    By the looks of it, Bet770 was a bit of a running joke on these forums, but I had none of the problems that other people have had, so I thought that them changing their name to NetBet and offering a generous bonus was a pretty good thing.

    How wrong I was.

    Their odds are now very uncompetitive. As Bet770, they used to offer some really good odds, especially on HT markets I found. Now, since their name change, I struggle to find a bet that isn't at much worse odds than the average bookie.

    Having realised this, I requested a withdrawal of the money I deposited onto the site.

    This was one week ago, and my withdrawal is still sitting in my account history waiting to be 'validated'. I have received no contact from customer services to explain why no progress is being made, but whenever I contact them, they promise to action the withdrawal / otherwise contact me within 48 hours.

    My withdrawal has still not been validated, and I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one and run away with my deposit.

    I have used Bet770 in the past, and sometimes their withdrawals did take a few days to validate, but their odds were reasonable enough that the gamble was worthwhile.

    I am now firmly in the avoid camp.

    As for my money, I feel as if the longer this drags on, the less chance I have of receiving it.

      I am in the same situation.....one week now, waiting for a withdraw (a small withdraw) and left more 600 euros in my account.

      In the live chat every operator say one diferent thing : "at any moment will be validate", "needs 8 to 10 business days to be validate", (in the terms and conditions say that by neteller is 3 days, as allways be in bet770).

      Right now i dont see me being paid...

            Nice to hear that someone has actually been paid, magiccampos.

            I will be making a complaint as requested by the mods on here shortly.

            Just to show how poorly NetBet have dealt with this, here is a timeline.

            8th August 2013: I made my withdrawal request.

            16th August 2013: after numerous questions as to why it was taking so long, I received a request to provide documents to verify my bank account details (despite using the same account as I always have to withdraw from Bet770). I did this instantly, but if this was really the problem, why did they have to wait 8 days to inform me of this?

            22nd August 2013: two weeks have now passed, and my withdrawal has still not been validated.

                Just to update, I finally received my deposit today, a full 3 weeks after requesting it

                Here's one person who will never be using NetBet again!
