    Betot silly behaviour of support staff
    I have long time some money sitting at Betot and now wanted to make payout.

    At first their cashier system is very rudiment.
    When you login to your account there is not payout option.

    You have to log out and then go to chat and beg person on chat to make your payout.


    So my chat session looks lie this:

    Kristy Kelly: Hello, welcome to our live support service, how can I help you?
    eduard ot: hi i need to make payout now. please send 50$ to my moenybookers address
    Kristy Kelly: account
    eduard ot: bt4006
    Kristy Kelly: you have never played?
    Kristy Kelly: hello

    And finally support disconnected for session so I was left thinking who is dumber here: Me for making deposit or support for asking me silly questions.

    No question the crazy way you have to withdraw there is terrible. I have mentioned it before to CS, but I think it needs to be addressed by players more forcefully.

    Just give the player his options in the drop down menu like everybody else does. It's not like you have some third world software--you are running ASI. have them show you how that drop down menu thing works.

    Players will much appreciate this method of making a withdrawal.

      Welcome to SBRforum Ediot. We are communicating with BetOT about feedback and complaints and will point to this thread as well.

      On another note unrelated to poor service, most books won't allow you to take a payout without putting your funds at risk or charging you for deposit fees.

        I'm not getting the thread. It's not that ridiculous to ask a person for a payout.. I can only remember one instance where I got a payout without talking to a person, actually. Every book that I know of has (at least) a 1x rollover on a deposit before a payout. It costs them money to accept a deposit, so they're expecting at least a little action.

          Agree the player should have to bet something before withdrawing, at least a 1X.

          And agree it would make a lot of sense to put Moneybookers on the dropdown for a withdrawal.

              Gus: We are just waiting until we resolve this issue

              220.255.7.228: I was able to choose other withdrawal method last week and now
              you are telling me this?
              220.255.7.228: this is annoying, are you not paying me ?
              Gus: This is nothing personal
              Gus: we must place all other requests on hold as well
              220.255.7.228: then what should I do now?
              Gus: The only thing left to do right now is wait until this can be resolved and
              all should be back to normal
              220.255.7.228: is it going to be resolved?
              Gus: Yes it will
              Gus: it is just a matter of time


              I cant believe that they cant pay me by any other methods.
              What is wrong with them? Can anyone advise me?

                Lee since the begining im betting with Betot and get paid for 4 times, the money in Betot is like you have money on Betcris, Pinnacle or Betjamaica behind Betot are Betphoenix financial support, SBR have been on Betphoenix office they have a good relationship with them and they can confirm my words, your money are in safe hands sooner they gona pay you.

                  I will keep you updated, check with them again today, same reply: I don't any information about our payment processing system update.(From Mr Gus)
                  Hope it would be like what you say, they will pay me soon.

                    This is incredible , until today they didn't process my payout.

                    Betot are morons! what should I say.

                      ediot, I pretty well exhausted the begging option today, and still they refuse to pay me my own money.
                      Phoenix told me today first "we are not the same company" and later on the phone, that Phoenix owns ot.

                      It is dishonourable of Phoenix not to sort this out, even at some inevitable cost, because they made mistakes with OT. Players accepted the bonuses at face value, along with the reassurance that they were backed by an established brand.
                      It's also pretty stupid because, by this behaviour, Phoenix has lost the OT brand which they were trying to grow, and at the same time lost goodwill for their original brand.
                      All the staff come over as very pleasant but you can't trust anything they say. On livechat today I had an offer made to me, tried without success to negotiate it, decided to take it up and can you believe, within the very same chat sesssion was told: "I made you an offer that you turned down during that time apparently the offer expired."
                      They don't seem to understand the value of a person's word and as a company have produced repeated unfulfilled promises and contradictions.
