Vanilla ********** gift card for canadians

I had recently purchased a number of vanilla ********** gift cards for the purpose of loading betting accounts only to find that they didnt work anywhere! It was even declined at my moneybookers account. Frustrated and angry, I went to the ********** website to lodge a complaint. When I got there I noticed a register link(I asked the girl that sold them to me if they needed to be registered and she said no) so i proceeded with the registration and upon completion was presented with a messege saying "Thankyou for registering your card. You may now use this card to make purchases at stores, online and over the phone." or something along that line. Reading this I then returned to my moneybookers account and retried the transaction which was successful this time. At moneybookers you must state if the money is being used for gaming purposes and the transaction still went through as did the following transaction into my betting accounts. I have read in various forums that these cards wont work for gaming but they most certainly do if the card is registered! ( and if the site accepts them of course).

Thanks for sharing your experiences on this subject sir. It just sucks that U.S. players are restricted from using Moneybooker, otherwise I'm sure that would be most gamblers processing method of choice.

it is a great method accept moneybookers will only let you do it five times, as that is the maximum number of credit cards you can register, so i hope you win so you don't need to reload

I did not know this! Thanks for telling me. Can I not unregister the previous cards to add the new ones? I havent got to that point yet but the way sportsbetting goes you never know.

you can write to them and ask them to cancell your cards and they will ( they did for me) ,but they will tell you the don't accept prepaid cards, I guess the computer can't tell they are prepaid, but they will give you a second chance , just not a third,, have you seen the **** prepaid cards , they have them at metro grocery , they are called mytreat, they only come in 100's , don't want to buy it and not have it work

**** mytreat cards don't seem to work. Actually it appears moneybookers will only let u 4 register credit cards.
