BetOnline.ag Refuses To Give Me 25% LifeTime Bonus They Advertise

Hey Lou... or anyone... here's the situation:

I ask them about their M.O. Deposit procedure. They give me the information. I said am I allowed to receive the 25% Bonus on this deposit? They said yes. They received my funds 7/23/13 and I've been in constant contact with them. I was suppose to receive an additional $500 FP with this deposit.

They finally add my deposit to my account on 7/30/13 just in time for this so called Free $50 FP. I said woah woah woah woahhhhhhhhh what are you guys talking about? I had no idea about that promotion? I've been patiently waiting for my deposit to be credited to my account from 7/23/13? What are you guys talking about?

Well... they won't budge. They won't give me my $500 free play. That wasn't the deal to begin with. I clearly told them if I deposit... what promotion would you give me? They said 25% on your deposit. So that would be $500.

Can SBR help me out? WTF man.

When they said you can get the 25% bonus for M.O. deposit, I would have immediately asked why it's not on their list of qualifying deposit methods for promo? Then I would have saved the chat to my e-mail for proof, if & when they decline bonus later.

I just wanted to update this thread. Earlier today I may have said things that were a little inappropriate. BetOnline's management appears to have rectified the situation and honored the 25% reload bonus.

im glad they rectified for you, that's a good sign. when you re-up'd now did they bring your rollover down to zero? my balance is at zero but they wont bring my rollover to zero so i don't want to make a new deposit and increase the rollver amount. i like the 50% freeplay offer now though as my 3rd book behind 5dimes and youwager.

if you make enough of a fuss they will reset your rollover.

i tried resolving with cs but got nowhere. was told they would have a manager look at the account but nothing has changed. i might have to make a bigger fuss, maybe use sbr complaint form.
