    How does a cashier check work?
    Where do i buy one and how much does it cost? Also how do i use it? I heard fedex but i have no clue how the process works.

    You can buy cashiers checks at your bank and the cost of them all depends on what your bank charges.

        u can get money order (which is similar to cashiers check but more common) from alot of places.. tons of grocery stores and even postal office. they dont require an id if u get one for below 2000.

          I don't think any books take money orders.

          My bank gives me one free cashier's check a month. Ask yours.

              Many businesses and banks are treating money orders cautiously these days.

              Lots of fake money orders circulating.

              Cashier's Checks are preferred, and are easy to get. Most Banks require an account (Checking/Savings) to acquire one. However, some of the smaller banks will sell them for a fee.

              I would go the Cashier's Check route if I were you.....much easier to deal with.
