why do books offer in prog and then they dont

my book offers games in prog one night.. and then they won't offer it for another week...

why does this happen? why isn't it consistent

when i ask them, they say the "wagering boss won't allow it tonight"

It's a managements decision on things of this nature sir. Don't know the reason why that might be though I'm sorry to say.

This is pretty normal. I think they really decide on which market is profitable for them as well. And the offers that they put are those approved by the management or the department handling this.. Just too bad for us if that is the line that we wanted and not offered..
