To make a very long story short - I was due for a promotion, Heritage NEVER notified me when they had in the past, so I went on live chat to ask if I was due for it, they said it had past and won't credit me the promotion, I go into about 15 minutes of dialogue explaining how at one point I was notified and now I'm not. The live chat operator told me I have to track my own transactions for the promotion, however they only allow 14 days of history which is ridiculous as is. He was totally in the wrong and didn't bother crediting me the promotion after reversing his story and saying, 'wait after review you were never due for it'
Secondly, I asked about my life time figure with Heritage, I know I am down there. He says 'We don't have that information'. That is a blatant lie because he just told me how I requested payouts and listed them for atleast a year, so I told him why lie? He responded with 'Management tells us to not give out the information'. I tell him it is ridiculous customers only have 14 days of history etc and how them screwing me out of a promotion is bad business, especially to a life-time loser at the book...I was rudely told to basically shove it and he had to assist other customers.
I have RAVED about Heritage, but I am starting to think their Customer Service could be going to shit. This is a fair warning, not saying it is a shit book, but I was fukked out of a promotion then lied to by a live chat representative for 30 minutes. Take it for what it is worth.
