Betonline help!!!
So Friday night I had a low 3 figure amount in my betonline.ag account opened up multi-player Blackjack saw no one was playing closed it and all my money disappeared. I had .47 cents on my balance witch you could not loose in dollar min blackjack my balance went to 0.00. Now I am getting a 3 day runaround. They say they sent me emails I have check spam etc nothing. Help. When I go to all transactions it show ***.47 debited by multi-player blackjack. Seems shady.

you know if you lose the balance will disappear right?? All joking aside, If a glitch in the system took place were $100 or so disappeared from your account without wagering. I would not be emailing or doing any live chat, I'd be on the phone and that crap would be straighted out in minutes!

So they see I did not lose the money. They told me to redeposit and bet a dollar and I would get my money back. I told them I have money in my account that you took. So they ended up giving me a dollar to bet. Bet it and nothing happened. So now they said it would have to go to another department and would take 48hr. 5 days now, only took them 2 seconds to take it. been on live help probably 10 times.Comment -
