i think most of us received the email...not too exclusive lol dsi and bookmaker are aggressive with their promotions. i signed up with a 100% bonus, didn't meet crazy rollover lol

I did deposit to take advantage of this bonus. 30% bonus for sports with a 8x roll on deposit, not deposit + bonus. The 30% casino is worthless. You have to roll 16k with a starting amount of $100. No way...aint happening. Lastly, the 30% Poker bonus. DSI had no idea how to reward the 30% bonus for the poker. It took me a good hour after deposit trying to have this applied and I still ended up without the poker bonus. Customer service had to put me hold each time I inquired about the poker 30% bonus. I was sent to Poker Live support. They had no idea. What a cluster. Outfits should know how to grant a freaking bonus....so annoying.

I am not impressed with the casino bonus at all but I don't know why you'd decline it , once the balance hits zero you have no more rollover on that bonus.

They gave me a $90 freeplay in the casino.

It's supposed to be 40x the 90. Instead, they made it 40x the deposit AND the freeplay. So it says rollover is 15,600.

I went to chat and they claim this is correct.

Makes zero sense. I have to roll the deposit over in the sportsbook AND the casino?

So it's false advertising. Instead of a 40x rollover, you essentially get a 173x rollover. Good luck completing that.

The promotion you are using is "Playoff90" this has a 40x rollover on the bonus and the deposit amount. In this case, your deposit is 300 (rollover is 12000) and the bonus is 90 (rollover is 3600) the total rollover is 15,600

People actually win on slots? Any time I play I lose and it's not even enjoyable to play. I just stick to blackjack and lose that way.

They email me all the time but then either CS tell me I am not allowed the bonus or tell me I am allowed the bonus and then refuse it once I've actually deposited. SBR's advice was to check with a manager rather than a normal CS rep.

This is what I would do.... call into CSD and ask for a real manager. Quote the 90% bonus and state you do not play horses or casino but would like to send a nickel. Ask the manager if you could just have the sports bonus 30% with a 8x rollover on the nickel ... this is a good bonus. My question though, how do you put a rollover of 8x only on the freeplay bonus, you cannot get enough freeplay action in because it is lost or converted to cash. That's why it would usually be a 4x roll on deposit plus bonus... anyway, if you can do this then it is a good deal. Would only be 30% 4x rollover sports deposit bonus at any other shop.
