I withdrew on March 3, 2013 w/ an alleged 6-8 week time-frame for receipt of my funds. Of course the 6-8 weeks elapsed and I did receive a "check" on May 16, 2013 only to have it bounce on May 22, 2013. This of course cost me $12 more from the bank to which this sportsbook opted to add to my wagering account w/ no other alternative.
I explained I had no use for this account and wanted my $12 fee to be added to my original withdrawal to which they declined. They stated i would need to deposit $50 more and then request another withdrawal w/ an expected time-frame of another 6-8 weeks.
This is fraudulent at best. It's one thing to lie to us knowing the 6-8 week time-frame is unreasonable but we agree to it w/ no other options, so that's on us. But this company deems the responsibility of the bounced check as my responsibility by holding it hostage in my wagering account w/ only an option of depositing again to obtain it. They stated, "there is nothing we can do about it," knowing that a new, sufficiently-funded check, if requested, won't be arriving either.
I want to inform anyone else that this sportsbook is disrespectful and in financial disarray. They do not sincerely value the customers evidenced by their words and actions.
