i requested payout of 3500gbp around 3 weeks ago ,they asked for id and utility bill,i sent utility bill from my ex wife by mistake after what they closed my account under suspect of bonus abuse and sent only deposit of 300gbp to my neteller.she live separate from me and we have nothing in common IP address, pc, or postal code,so they closed my account for no reason of bonus abuse.they said that i opened two accounts of my wife and mine wich is not true and they also have no evidence to prove that.thanks if you can help me to get money back from these thiefs.thanks

well, if your ex wife does not have an account there then I guess you should get the money, just be persistant and wrote to their regulators, IBAS if they mention it anywhere on their site, SBR, Bookmakersreview etc.
However, if you both have accounts then you can probably kiss the money good bye
