    You can win, when funds are completely from Bonus money. Our Terms of Use Agreement states, that the maximum withdrawal for winnings that come completely from "free or bonus" money is $200.00. That is not the problem.
    Security advised that they have multiple registrations in the system, and as a result, all the accounts have been closed.

    Golden Arch is owned by Multiactive Holdings Limited and uses the AST Gaming Solutions software. So with that being said you might have a case based on some of the things I have read in the past about that s/w. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf and gather all the details surrounding your dispute.
