I'm getting "System under maintenance. Please try again later." message on Firefox.

With IE it just doesn't load/no message.

Strange thing - I was logged in and hadn't refreshed in awhile.
Refreshed - for an instant there was a page with some sort of error message about "posting", as if it was a forum.
Then tried again and got the message above.
