What is going on with their new casino? It is vastly inferior software to what they had before. It's got less features, less table games etc etc.

Their live blackjack is rigged.....be careful. I think they remove a lot of the tens in the deck thus forcing the players to draw much more than normal. Gives the house a tremendous advantage. That's the reason why every time they change the cards, they do it with the cards facing down so that you cant see them. Most casinos show you the cards face up when it comes time to change them(to show you its a full deck).

    Very shady ......

I've never trusted their blackjack. Always noticed it was the hardest to win at. Notice that whenever the dealer gets blackjack, most of the times the next hand he'll get a 21 again.

I'm not sure whether to give them credit for being honest or not. No I will not give them credit.

That's the one I'm talking about. It sucks and it's slow. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will go back to their old style. I saw this posted on Rx yesterday but it's true, you can't check your hand history in blackjack.

All virtual BJ tables are the same. They are designed to do one thing and one thing only. Take your money. Same results every time no matter where you play. Sure, you'll win a few to make you think you have a chance and then BOOM! The tens come with every 12 you have. Double on an 11 and get an ace. Don't double, get an ace first, then the ten. Next thing you know you been dealt a hard 15 for 10 hands in a row. You'll never see a dealer deal himself so many hard 20's in your life. Or so many aces face up you lose a ton in insurance. Dealer converts practically every hard 15-16 into a playable hand. Sure, the dealer would have busted, but only after you busted first. If you think that down card has a value before your hand is complete, you are mistaken. It gets assigned the value the house needs. They are ALL the same.

It's true. The amount of times the dealer gets 20 is incredible.

Has anyone ever taken these casino softwares apart to see if the down card has a set value?

well said. i cussed them fuks out for saying they had players win in their casino. not in blackjack, you will NEVER be plus hands, only way you win is if you bet 5 a hand, and then after you are down, bet 20 a hand to get back which is stupid to do obviously. rigged shot

absolulty hate the video poker. it auto makes you double up or not. so after you do a hand you have to wait till it pops up double up or no.. then you hit no then it pays you for the hand and then you go on.. takes forever.. also i hit a 4 of a kind for 250 and acidentally hit yes and then lost on the double up.. Not to mention i can never get jacks or better to load..

Also, they changed the rules of blackjack with the new software. No more double downs on 9, no double downs on splits. Crazy. I lost a ton before I knew what hit me. I had been a long time Heritage customer. Not any more. They said it was my responsibility to know the new blackjack rules.

It's your responsibility to know the rules? But they don't post the rules anywhere now. That's part of the problem. No rules.
