sportbook.ag must be going downhill. I no longer recieve promotional emails. It is so important people know they suck bad, they give the whole industry a bad name with 8 weeks to payout.

I have been using Sportsbook for a solid decade now, and they have been hands down my favorite book. I admit I am playing in the U.S. so my options are limited, but Sportsbook has always paid and always paid on time. Don't get me wrong I have had a few issues in my day.....but they have always resolved those issues eventually. Based entirely on my own personal experiences, I would rate this book A+.

Has anyone been offered a freeplay or freebet to cancel a withdrawal, just wondering if they are doing this again like they did the other year...

when you say on time, you mean between 6 to 8 weeks right? so if you had 50K and know it would take every bit off an entire year, you think that's a good business?

When I say on time, I mean I made three withdrawals in 2013. Two arrived in less than 3 weeks. One took about 6 weeks.

Call me a small-timer but I don't trust any book on the planet with $50K. Anytime my balance breaks above $7.5K I start withdrawing.

I agree. If they would get there shit together and payout fast like the other top books 5dimes, dsi types they would be in a photo finish with 5dimes for the best shop for US players. Unfortunately as long as they are getting buisness that is unlikely to change. If they are getting players that are willing to wait that long for payouts and keep depositing then why would anything change?

I've never noticed the lines to be more favorable than any other book. I have went on a few nice runs in the casino and then they reel me back in with $100 match bets on my first hand of blackjack however it appears they took my off their marketing list.

They've paid Tomato over 30k this year. Withdrawal issues have just come up the past month.

They should never be posting positive things about them.

took me 8 weeks to get paid last fall. They changed methods on me at the last minute but picked up the additional costs.

4.5 weeks wait for me and counting. 2500 check is still waiting to be processed.

After reading about all the complaints I am assuming I will never get paid.

I'm talking to a online chat representative about the recent SBR complaints, and it's clear that the person I'm talking to doesn't really know english. Also, they are trying to dodge the accusations that there is a delay? Extremely shady in my opinion. I wish I had found this site before I deposited there. My account is up to 4K plus the 2500 check that is apparently pending.

Everyone has gotten paid. Just with a long delay, which they tell you about beforehand.

Yes, the delay sucks, but everyone has gotten paid. Go with a different shop if you want payouts in a couple of days. No one would blame you.

I won a contest at sportsbook for just over 350 so decided to cashout 300 to see how long it would really take. Talked to live chat operator and they said they would do person to person and it would take 1-2 weeks. I requested the payout last Sunday night and just picked it up this morning. Maybe they paid me quick cause it was a pretty small amount. I dunno but is very encouraging. Maybe you guys waiting for checks should do a live chat and cancel the check and try person to person.

The will only do P2P on certain times of the year it seems like so I doubt EVERYONE could do that option. Honestly, and this was said a couple posts ago...if you need the money that bad, don't play there.

I have $25,000 in cash outs pending. I am extremely worried of getting paid. I have been speaking to reps over there everyday. The first cash out I made was about 6 weeks ago and it is supposed to be hitting my bank account within the next few days. I just went on such a heater that I couldn't stop. I obviously didn't want to have them owing me this much $$$$. I am hoping that sportsbook review can help out.
