    BetUs- Credit where Credit Due
As an ignorant newbie, I joined BETUS, deposited $200 and worked it up to $2700. At that point I did some research, found out about it's really bad rep, and asked for a payout.

Much to my surprise, FEDEX delivered a check to my door about a week later.

While I'm no longer going to be using them (thanks to this forum I've enrolled over at bookmaker.com) I thought I'd at least let you know my experience.

    Good Luck.

Doubt he is shilling, I had pretty much the exact same experience in my short venture with them last spring.

Come on. First post, on a day where everybody is home, and he signs up to post that? It's their scammy way of insinuating "Sure, we aren't as good as the other books, but if you win, you'll get paid quickly with no hassles, so come try us out." And if you read pretty much every BetUS thread from the time I started betting offshore, that's the exact opposite of how they really do business.

It's exactly like you're endorsing them. You can't come out and say "hey, we're on par with Bookmaker" because Stevie Wonder could see you were a shill then, so you give the endorsement that they pay winners promptly and without hassles. Well played. You might fool some people who can't use the search function, but anybody who can will see repeated attempts at theft (including a case where they told a guy to deposit money to get his money out, then tried to steal it all), and slowpays-stalling-lying at every turn.

Except for the part where he signed up on 12-11. I'd never tell anyone to play at BetUs because of what they have done to other players but I had a short lived but problem free experience with them and apparently this guy did too. I was worried like crazy waiting on my check from them because of all the negative stuff I read on here so a couple of good things said about BetUs is good news for people out there that have a pending withdrawal.

              Tom-

You obviously have had a bad experience with them. Understandable your skepticism.

My point wasn't to get people to lay money with Betus; on the contrary, knowing what I've read about them here I'd NEVER use them again.

I guess my point was simply to note that i DID get a payout after expecting a serious cluster**** at the least. Only point I'm trying to make. Really.

Yeah, and I'm sure FedEx delivered it to your door today, or did you just wait around for a good time to post your experience? With such a complimentary title for what you're now trying to claim really is a shithole?

Look, anybody even thinking of using this crapbook, just go through http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/betus/ including where they tried to steal $18,300.

                      Paris,

Thanks for the feedback. We tend to hear about the worst a lot more often than when things go right.

Oh please, just because Betus doesn't feed SBR coffers doesn't make it a bad book

No, the stuff I linked to, plus all the other stunts they've pulled that people have talked about on other forums make them a bad book. Copying DSI's website, creating a fake SBR listing it as a great site (bestsportsbookreview.com, lol), creating magazines that "guarantee" player funds, etc. They've been as slimy as it gets.

I've tripled my money almost everytime I've played there. Due to there "mistakes" disputes and bad manners. I am now only a cash only account. It was there way of getting rid of me.

The fastest I got paid was 6 weeks.

My honest opinion: my overall experience with Betus has not been horrible but to withdraw all my money cost over $250 which was redicioulous (sp.).

I just checked my mail and found a package. I was assuming it was from my oldest Daughter cause she said I would be getting something after Christmas. I open the package and noticed it was a box of nice 12 premium NIKE golf balls.

I thought ok nice, then when I reviewed the ball it said on the opposite side of the nike logo "BETUS"

WOW they sent me some nice gifts, not sure why since its been about two years since I played there.

Last year I received all the tapes of the past suberbowls, why these guys give nice presents.
