    BetPhoenix compounding rollovers...
Man... read this across the street, they are compounding ten years of rollover to give a payout... is how I am reading it.

I am a small gambler, maybe $10-30 per game. I have never made a withdrawal request as I usually have less than $1000 in the account. The collection of all my bets has been $23,000... I have not lost that amount. They are refusing my withdrawal request as they are combining all of the free play deposits that I have made over the 10 years.

I asked if they could just remove the bonuses that have not yet been earned and they said that they would not allow any withdrawal until all have been played. Really frustrating.

Made multiple deposits with free plays and tapped out. Finally got hot and received payout within 3 days.

Actually, I am a little confused.... are they compounding the rollover or the freeplays that are required to be used

still cannot figure out the deal on this though... is it a rollover deal or a freeplay bonus deal. Just not sure because none of it makes sense to me...
