I have such problem: more than two months I can't achieve payment of the money from nordicbet.com. In January I opened at them the account, according to the first requirement sent them all documents necessary for verification. It is my first and only account in this awful company, also I didn't receive any bonuses. My account closed, I can't come into it. Communication with a support service lasts since the end of January. They write that have to make a verification call, but nobody calls. Devil-may-care attitude. The last few weeks I communicate with a support service daily. And daily they are promised to call me "today" or "as soon as possible", but nobody calls. I have accounts at many bookmakers (pinnacle, Bet365, marathonbet, sbobet, bwin, etc. ) but such disrespect for the client I face for the first time.
In February I sent complaints to SBR and LGA but while received only confirmations that my complaints are received.
I recommend to all to steer clear from nordicbet.com while my situation won't be resolved. Your money and nerves will be more whole.
