Bodog disabled my account....

Hi All,

I joined Bodog last week with the view of placing some nice bets on this past weekends NFL matches. I deposited £5000 taking the 10% bonus as a nice bonus to aid my picks. I received an email on Friday to say that my account has been disabled due to "unverifiable information on registration" Now i completely understand the need for security but i have been waiting for 4 days and keep getting told numerous stories from it will be 24-48 hours, which clearly has passed. I was told someone was actually looking into, another lie. To the best one, it can take on average 1-2 weeks for a security check? what the hell i feel like i am applying for a job with the FBI or Barack Obama!

Is there anything i can do, all i want is either my account enabled so i can do what i planned to do, have fun and gamble some, or my money returned ASAP.

Any help would be appreciated, as i am getting fed up of Bodog pathetic customer service.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Did you send in all the paperwork? Sometimes that does cause issues of this nature. If you feel you need some assistance, please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

They requested photo id, and proof of address, both were sent within 30mins of request.

I just don't know what the problem is and i am getting very anxious as the minutes tick by.

I will fill in the complaint form. I just wish i didn't have to, all i want is to have some fun.

they are famous for blocking account access,they do it all the time when they are trying to find a reason not to pay,trust me,i went through the same thing with them,they will open it only when they feel like it,what a joke they are

They truly are, wish i never joined them. How long did it take to get your account unlocked? and also how did you get it unlocked?

Strangely my account has been enabled, the cynic in me says this thread helped, maybe not..... makes me feel better.

Sure why not? You can wrestle with check withdrawals for months.

It usually takes like a day to have the verification completed.

Durito - Once i have taken there bonus you are more than welcome to my account.

Thremp - You say a day normally, mine took 4 days! it wasn't even that, that annoyed me, it was being told on average it will take 1-2 weeks! That is just and there is no way they can warrant disabling someones account for that long.
