How to bet over/under 1X2 in the same event
    Hello,

    Example:

    Event:
    Porto-Braga
    1 | X |2
    1.50 3.50 | 4.90
    Under Over
    1.90 | 1.90

I would like to bet in the same slip.
    So my slip:
    Porto Braga
    Porto 1.50
    Over 1.90
    ------------------------
    Odds 2.85
    Amount = 10€
    Possible winnings = 28.50€

    Which sportsbook has this option?

"win and over 2.5 goals" some euro books offer that as one bet type on big matches, right now I can remember only William Hill and Ladbrokes, I am sure there are plenty others, but none as you explained it.

bwin has the brilliant "away no bet" or "home no bet" just like the classic "draw no bet ". I wonder if any other books have that.

Regarding "win and over/under goals" bets I didn't know willhill and ladb have that. I only saw those kind of bets at my local shops.

The reason its not being offered is if the fav wins the game is more likely to go over, just as if the dog wins the game is most likely to go under.

There is an option "Porto to win and over 2.5"

I have seen it at Bwin and Marathonbet

I would have thought that if either the fav or dog wins the game its more likely to go over, and more likely to go under if the game ends in a draw?

Would guess the odds of that doesnt actually represent the market odds of Porto x o2.5, right?

Cant say I've looked at it too closely. I agree draw is more likely to go under. My reasoning for dog go under, its rare dog blow (unless very slight dog) anyone out and its rare they score a load of goals... so was just making an assumption more dog upsets would consist of single goal wins where the fav's offense fails to produce. Just a guess though, which seemed logical to me.

Either way, they're win and o/u are correlated, any book offering them would be out of their minds.

                          Hi,

I checked. Bwin, WilliamHill, Labrokes does not have this option which I mean.

                          Regards.

Some books have this option as "Home Team Win & Over 2,5 Goals"

Under & 1x2 Parlay is easy. If you like Home Team Win and Under, just pick 1-0 and 2-0 score. If you like Draw+Under, then pick 1-1 and 0-0. If you like Away Team Win & Under combo, then pick 0-1 and 0-2 scores.

Yeah be he wants the odds of the 1X2 in to the o/u directly, not a derived price such as "Home Team Win & over 2.5 goals" or the combinations of relevant correct scores, because those derived/related prices will of course not have the positive expectation price(s) that a direct 1x2 * o/u parlay would.

The very reason he wants to do it, that it provides an edge, is the reason he can't. Simple rule is if knowing the outcome of one bet would alter the odds of the other bet then you won't be able to directly parlay it.

This is spot on. You're missing the point of what OP wants to do when suggesting the books that offer combined bet of team x will win and will go o/u.

Not soccer, but Sportingbet lets you bet nba money line and over/under as a double...For example you can do Knicks to win and under 190.5 @ 2.97 odds.
Is there an edge to doing these doubles? Im not so sure they are correlated as such?

Not correlation between a NBA side & O/U bet.

But there would be a correlation between a MLB Runline and U/O Bet like Runline +1,5 and Under and Runline -1,5 and Over. (Less scoring games are more likely to end by 1 run. If score range is wide, 1-run win games are less likely to happen)

                                      About American Football,

I read some funny stuff in "Conquering Risk" book. There, it says once there were books which let you parlay gargantuan favourites with total such as Ohio State -80 and O/U 86. Imagine. Ohio State -80 & Over 86! Great correlation! Dog +80 and Under 86. Again, amazing correlation..

Again, in tennis it would be a super corelated bet if you could parlay dog+games with over and favourite minus handicap with under. Unfortunately, books are more smart today..

Hopefully, still there's stupid books who don't know visitor team bats first in baseball, more breaks happen in clay surface (tennis), odd chance is higher then even in baseball and every game goes OT automatically ends "odd" in hockey, lol. They learn these by time though.

But by the time they realized their mistake, you already finished your dinner..enjoying your cigar & exotic cocktail drink in pool.
