IBC is the biggest bookie in the world in terms of turnover and specialized in soccer, whereas pinnacle is more US-centric than any of the Asian books. So IBCbet almost certainly has a higher total volume on EPL matches.

How much volume Pinnacle gets exactly is of course something they probably only know themselves, the limits they take are transparent, but I suppose that isn't what you asked for.

Are you asking for the total handle (or volume) of bets they take? Or, how much you personally would be allowed to wager?

You do know they're not an exchange, and so their volume doesn't have to be a one of your direct concerns? If you're interested in their limits you can just log onto the site and find them. As is common practice they start small and increase once the game gets close.

If I had to guess I'd agree with mycon that ibc would have more turnover on the majority of matches, I'd say theres a good chance sbo does too.

Yes, IBC, SBO and singbet should all be far ahead of Pinnacle in terms of turnover for soccer. Pinnacle should have much more action than those three on any North American non-soccer action though.
