    Dumb rollover question
I had $300 in my account with a $300 freeplay. The freeplay had a 20x rollover. I just made $300 back off the freeplay, so theres $600 in my account. How does it work if I now want to cash out my money? Am I now not able to cash out my original $300 due to this freeplay? Can someone clarify this for me?

Not dumb question if you're new to the game, no one can answer with you not providing the book name. 20 times RO you should have got a 200% freeplay. 99.9 percent of books require you to roll over your deposit+freeplay whatever the roll over may be before any moneyis withdrawn. so you most likely have $12000 to bet. Why did you ask SBR before emailing, live chatting or calling the book you're dealing with??

      sounds like betdsi.

you are going to have to make $6000 in wagers before cash out. the lesser of the win/risk is counted. so if you bet 1000 on a -200 game then 500 counts towards rollover.

I'm going to take a guess this is DSI's freeplay, since its 300 for 300 and I had the same poorly worded answer from CS today.

If it is DSI, its 20x on the freeplay only (or 10x on deposit+freeplay)

So in your case that is $6,000 in rollover.

You have to bet $6,000 qualifying towards rollover before you can make any withdrawal.

bdolan33, update this thread on your progress. I typically bust out taking offers like this and I am curious to see if cash anything.

If you already did touch the bonus, you need to complete the rollover to cash out (even your own money).

It is BetDSI, and the rollover was x10 not 20

You have to make $6,000 in qualifying wagers. Which is the lower of the risk/won amount. Live betting doesn't count, not sure about second halves.

+1 What TTO said... check to see though if roll includes reimbursed deposit fees and or winnings from freeplay.

^^^^ DSI doesn't include winnings from freeplays in rollover calculation.

                    Reimbursed deposit fees likely included.
