I dont know in which country you live in in EU. But in Sweden if you play in american books, such as pinnacle, 5dimes etc you have to pay taxes on your winnings.. If you win a couple of thousand euros they probably won't check it, but if you play bigger, its a pain because they'll tax you on all your winnings, (doesnt matter if you lost the money after you won some), you still have to pay tax. I dont know if its the same rest of EU. But look into it.
I play all of my big bets on Europe based books, (mostly Bet365). But the odds are higher in the US books for sure.

Just registered in bet365 (before seeing your post). Added 10-15$ and we will see what will happen.

365 is a great book for live betting. For pregame betting stick to pinny, 5dimes in most cases.
