Issues with bwin!

I recently won a bet for around £70 on bwin but the money hasn't been credited to my bwin account. I have contacted bwin about this and they spun me the old "technical issues" line. This was a week ago and I have contacted them since only to be told the same thing and now they appear to be ignoring me. I know £70 doesn't sound like much but its a lot when you only work part time hours! I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of help on this matter!

any sportsbook that limits you in a week or after 8 bets, should not be heralded as a book that is good,
i got my funds which were 1200$. my friend received his, which were 800$ but thats a joke,
and a waste of time, at 64$ a bet, u can have the account open im assuming forever
