5Dimes and Pinnacle Question ... Need Help !!!

Hello Guys , I want to know what documents Pinnacle and 5Dimes ask when somebody withdraw for the 1st time from them ; because I talked to 5dimes chat supporter and he told me that they do not ask for documents but I can not believe that !!!

Also , do they send letters to house by Post ???

No , Iam using Neteller ( E-Money Wallet )

With 5 Dimes, I never used a cc. Never had to show them any ID of any kind for many withdrawals.
I also never changed my email address nor physical address since I signed up.

I've received things at my address when I requested same.
They never sent anything otherwise.

They will send advertising to your house. Just go on live chat and ask for your address to be removed.

My guess is you won't need to show them anything when you are withdrawing if you are using an ewallet.

bet-at-home.com asked me for documents while I was using E-Wallet ... that is why iam asking to be fully safe because all my documents in arabic and hardly ( 10bet accepted it ) !!!

That of course is always a possibility for which you should be prepared, but if they do allow Omar to open an account (knowing he is from Arabic country) they should accept Arabic documents.

that is right , Bet-at-home did not accept my documents and WilliamHill did not accept them too , but thanks GOD that i did not deposit in them , I just wanted to verify my accounts %100 before doing anything ... on the other hand , 10bet.com accepted them hardly and bet365 is the best because it accepted them and sent my letter by post to my house to complete my verification .
