When I deposited my moneyorder it went straight through.

But moneygram is very quick but you will pay more for that service. If I cash out early I'll get my money by noon to evening

I have several outs and used ** for nearly all of them... It was $9.49 for up to around $1000 I believe. I did a few deposits of more than that, but the fee was around $30-$40. I have sent money to several locations and the price didn't change, however it didn't really matter because most places as long as the deposit is over $250 or so they will just add that to your deposit, thus making it a free transaction...

The $9.49 is for international transfers, which anything betting related would be. So I dont think it matters on the location.
