#7This thread is not about a bailout being tight lipped about a book that sent emails to everyone in the database of a boook that shut down with 1..5 mil in players funds. Quite interesting SBR would not step up and say if they felt looselines was shady orr not.Comment -

#8Hankwins-exactly. I knew I'd get a few douche answers. I'm not looking for a handout. I didn't have a dollar in BI at the time it closed. I'm just curious as to why the "watch dogs" of the industry hasn't commented on a book, that obviously has all BI information, is emailing players offering them a massive bailout package.Comment -

#9BI started in the Jazz building, which also powers that brand. I'm sure they didn't destroy copies of BI's database when the book moved into its new digs, that explains how they've got your information.
Jazz maintains a D rating. They admittedly slow-pay large winners but there haven't been small complaints filed. If a guy who lost his cash at BI wants to accept a no-deposit offer for a chance at some of his cash back with a rollover, that would be ideal. Requiring a deposit is more a glorified bonus offer from a shop looking to capitalize. It's up to the player.Comment -

Seriously cursed it is... bunch of girls were murdered there getting off their shifts, was a sad day.
So... I wont comment on the run of bad luck but will say SBR gave a solid answer...Comment -

#12i am confused. betislands started in the jazz buillding. who powers what brand?? how does a company that ultilizes a database of bankrupt brand that fleeced players allowed to maintain a d rating? isn't that very shady behaviour?Comment -

#13Jazz is a standalone brand with infrastructure... meaning callcenter, servers, IT staff and of course the betting platform... think it is DGS. Anyway, it is a matter of the database which technically once established belongs to the owner because no one truly removes or deletes database data off the servers much like data on the internet. Once something hits the net it ends up getting archived all over place across the world. So when they say once it hits the net it never goes away then thats what it means... it never goes away. It is archived somewhere, someplace and one of these archives will always remain indefinitly... never the end. So I figure great great Grandma on Girls Gone Wild will always pop up for decades to come. Something to consider before dabbling in amateur porn dont you think. Anyway... so Jazz has this database which owns LooseLines, no big deal since BetIslands just does not exist anymore. Really, I can see your point Hank but really who cares... you personally do not get that many offers probably because your on a few sharp lists so your data gets scrubbed from outbound marketing campaigns. Do I think it is safe to throw a few hundro at Loosey... sure, why not. Do not crack em to hard and take a quick payout on a new campaign which they are most likely to expedite on the front end. So do not take your time throwing shots, get in and get out and you should be fine with them.
So good luck to you Loosey players and lets not foreot our amateur porn actors...Comment -

#14PS... because of the Jazz rating if you have an issue SBR will probably not be able to help... JAZZ (Looselines) will not give a sh1t what SBR has to say or think...Comment -

#15Jazz has actually been fairly open as far as discussing issues. As mentioned previously, aside from the payment plans and headaches that large players are dealing with, there hasn't been much else that has come in.Comment -

#16Well, discussing issues (old and known) is one thing and by your own words ¨there has not been much else that has come in¨ are not definitive situations to measure a books cooperation. If something or things do start to come up that would then be the measure of cooperation. Just going by SBRs own statement, better cooperation and or results comes from B rated or better services... so or since we are hanging around the Ds in this particular case I would think they would probably tell you to take a walk off a pier.Comment -

#18HAHAHH Fair enough, you got that right. Some real a55holes in the biz that never paid attention to what they were taught in kindergarden when it comes to manners and being polite let alone professional. It must really suck having to contact some of these shops... they should have your job on that show DIRTY JOBS from all the filth you must have to be subjected too over the phone.Comment
