BWIN - Closed account. $850 euros in account.
    Hi,

I opened an account with BWIN and got my self fully verified. Sent in my passport screen shots and other ID's required. I had become fully verified

I had around $850 of winnings plus stake. I initially withdrew the amount and the status remained on pending investigation for a number of weeks. I contacted them numerous times and they confirmed I was fully verified and the payment will be with me in a few working days.

A few days later and still no sign of my money. Tried to login to my account and now get the following error

We regret to inform that your account has been closed.

I have tried to contact them numerous times for a number of weeks and have recieved no response whatsoever in regards to why my account has been closed and where are my funds.

    Can anyone help or advise.

If you haven't already done so, please fill out a Complaint Form so someone from SBR can take a look at your case for you.

Bwin does not communicate with SBR anymore, pointless to fill the complaint. It seems bwin has introduced a new strategy, they started to close accounts, and they will ask documents, ID card, utility bill, bank statement, and certified ID (like at bet365), make a picture about yourself, with your ID in your hand. But I don't know what will happen after this, the payout will be processed or not.

If you have nothing to hide and if Bwin does not communicate with SBR anymore(like Teddy said), you should send a formal complaint to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. Make sure you present as much details and proofs as you can.
