    Problem w/ 5DIMES
I requested a payout on Monday (free payout, or so I thought). I had requested a payout in the last 30 days, but was informed that it would be free since I paid for the other one.

Anyways, all of a sudden after I requested a payout, a $45 fee comes out of my balance (over 24 hours later) and I receive an e-mail that my payout request was rejected.

It's only $45, but I feel like I'm getting screwed here. Per my PM from "SBR Forum" I will not post my account # or method of payout.

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Nathalie'
Nathalie: Welcome to our online Customer Service! How may I assist you today?
RyanLeaf: Hello. I spoke with Trent yesterday. He informed me that a $300 ***** was a $** fee. I requested a few, and then today I got an e-mail that my payout was rejected and there were $45 taken out of my account
Nathalie: Let me check your account, just a moment please.
Nathalie: the payout was not rejected
RyanLeaf: I received an e-mail stating otherwise
RyanLeaf: There's $281 in my account. And I show a $45 fee under transactions
RyanLeaf: Dear Mr. Ryanleaf; Greetings! This email is to inform you that we?ve received your ******* payout request for $300; however at the moment of processing the payout, there were not enough funds available in your account to cover the amount requested plus the fees that the payout incurs. If you have any doubts or concerns regarding this or any other matter, please contact us back. Best Regards; Tatiana M. Customer Service Department 5Dimes Group 1-800-305-3517
Nathalie: ooh my bad I saw the one for $975
Nathalie: the $45 were the fees for that payout of $975
Nathalie: leaving you with $281, so it is less than $300 and that is why it got rejected
RyanLeaf: That is incorrect. I received a free payout on Monday for the $975
RyanLeaf: So there were no fees.
RyanLeaf: The $975 request was made on Monday. the $300 request was made yesterday.
Nathalie: it has to be on mondays every 30 days
Nathalie: . If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free/discounted withdrawal
    Nathalie: http://www.5dimes.eu/<wbr>PopUpsFromRewardsAndPromotions<wb r>/redemptionrules.html
Nathalie: you had a payout on January 24th
Nathalie: so you were not eligible for a free payout
RyanLeaf: That's not correct. It had been a previous payout that was sent to the wrong address, so they had to switch it to Ohio from Virginia.
RyanLeaf: It wasn't a new payout, it was one that was sent over two months ago.
RyanLeaf: Actually, I'm sorry. That was a different payout I'm thinking of. I requested a payout on 1/24 and paid the $40 in fees.
    RyanLeaf: 159787419 1/24/13 12:25pm -$40.00 $140.00 Payout - Fees 159787418 1/24/13 12:25pm -$750.00 $180.00 Payout - Inhouse - **** CR Gen - 9310088 Payout
Nathalie: yes, so you are not eligible for a free PO
Nathalie: If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free/discounted withdrawal
Nathalie: you had to wait until feb 24th
RyanLeaf: Why was there suddenly a $45 fee taken out Today and not Monday?
RyanLeaf: Please answer this carefully. I will be posting this on SBR to show your terrible customer service.
Nathalie: it was an error, but we fixed it today
RyanLeaf: What you're saying is that you randomly fixed it after I requested a payout to prevent me from withdrawing money.
    RyanLeaf: Sounds about right.
Nathalie: it was not randomly, we have an accounting department
Nathalie: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
RyanLeaf: Okay, how much is the fee for whatever I have left to take off the site?
RyanLeaf: I am done with your Sportsbook. You have by far the worst customer service ever.
    Nathalie: ** or **********?
    RyanLeaf: Whatever is cheaper
    Nathalie: ***** $**
    Nathalie: ******* $****
RyanLeaf: Okay, go ahead and do **. Thanks for scamming me out of $$$
    Nathalie: Just a moment, please.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to ******@*****.COM at the end of your chat.
Nathalie: ok it was requested, $256 with $25 on fees
Nathalie: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
RyanLeaf: Nope. Enjoy the bad publicity.
Nathalie: Thanks for choosing us. Have a great evening!

I know I'm obviously not going to get that $45 back, but wanted you all to be aware of the fact that do some shady things and I don't feel they deserve to be rated an A+.

I ran into this too. I assumed that I would get a free payout once every 30 days. However, if you pay for a payout, then it nixes your eligibility for a free one, and the 30 days starts from the paid one.

Yeah... and I get that process. I wouldn't have cared if they would have told me at the time. I just hate that they wait until 5 days later (after I had already requested a withdrawal) to take the money out of my account and cancel my withdrawal.

It's like when a really cute girl tells you she'll go out with you then bails last minute and you get stuck with a 3 like ZetaPSI. Just a sour taste from the experience.

Leaf. Go back on chat til you get someone else, and cite this, directly from their site.

Regardless if you have cashed out or not during the past month, once a month you may request to be paid without being charged for it. See our Funding Methods section for more withdrawal information.

If you are not apart of that program, the rule is clear.

You are allowed one free/discounted withdrawal every 30 days if no payments have been processed during that period. If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free/discounted withdrawal.

So if you are apart of that program you have a legit gripe. If not, you owe them an apology

Not a part of their free payouts rewards program.

I understand policy, but it makes no sense to randomly change 5 days later because of an error they made at the time.

It's not like a bet was temporarily graded as a loss, then they fixed it within an hour. This was almost a full week later that their "mistake" was fixed, and it so happened to only be fixed because I wanted to be paid.

I won't dispute that your money is safe at 5DIMES and that you will be paid, but they have such terrible customer service (in general) that it's not worth the hassle for me.

When I requested a payout a few weeks ago, I had used a new CC on my deposit. I had to go into live chat 6 different times to request a withdrawal. No joke, each time I logged onto live chat they needed something else from me. First it was a drivers license (which was already on file), then it was a copy of my address (already on file), then they needed a picture of my CC (which makes sense), then a new CC verification form, then they apparently needed a copy of my license again (even though I had already sent it and received an e-mail back that they had received it). Finally, on the sixth time, I was able to request a withdrawal.

So... to make a long story short, your money is safe at 5DIMES, but more often than not it's a hassle to get paid. Find a book with good customer service and save yourself the headache.

You clowns getting payouts and redepositing every couple of weeks for a few hundred bucks have no business with offshore accounts. You just make it more difficult for everybody else.

I usually only have a withdrawal every month or so, but went on a little bit of a hot streak, and I have heard stories where checks have bounced from 5DIMES so wanted to stick w/ the guaranteed **.

I'm definitely a recreational gambler though, not going to prefer to be big time.

I made a withdrawal on monday. It was free. 5 Dimes is a good book. Don't let the 25 dollars keep you from playing at a great book.

If they had "good" customer service, they shouldn't have corrected the error at all. They made the mistake, not me... it's all good though, just a headache to deal w/ them.

9 times out of 10 not only is the c.s. helpful but very pleasant to deal with too.

Any problem has always been fixed right away. I know others have not had the same luck unfortunately.

Btw, probably doesnt help to threaten the measely cs clerk about the forum or other things.
