I would disagree here. I think after 2 or 3 hours he has every right to complain.

It seems to me, that if they are going to cancel your wagers and block access to your account the time for an explanation email would be at the time it was done. It should not be up to the player to wonder why and have to send emails enquiring about the status of his bets.

So yes, they've had long enough.
