Matchbook not accepting bets from your region

namely australia, everything was normal yesterday placed a bet on the nba now all of the sudden this popup comes up when I tried to place a bet.
Did not get an email or anything to inform or given any reasoning, very unprofessional.
Don't know why they did this, they have been accepting bets from australian customers for many years

I get that error once in a blue moon. If you use another browser it will work. Probably if you delete your cache it will work as well.

That's got to be it. We would have heard if MB had changed a regional policy.

a bookie should know that you should always clear your Cache...a browser cache that is

yes, happened to me also several times over the last few months. logging in and out while changing browser or pc fixes it, but it would be nice if this could be adressed.

After changing their commission policy which hurt the players I'd be surprised if they are going to go forward with their 2 year old promise of rolling out some great VIP benefits.
