I have a problem with pinnacle. I no longer have one of the cards that was used to make a deposit as it was swallowed by an ATM machine (when it claimed I entered the wrong pin 3 times, which I didn't btw). I have the replacement card but the long number across the front of the card is different. Before I contact pinnacle directly about this problem I was wondering if anyone has had a similiar problem and what do pinnacle do in situations like this?
